#1 Always Put it in Writing

Offers, addenda, notices, and the most basic of promises, should always be as a

written contractual document that both parties sign.

 

#2 Look At The Real Property Disclosures

 Disclosures forms are documents prepared by owners when they wish to sell a home.

The disclosure will include an itemized list of material facts related to the condition of the hose

They are selling. Disclosures allow you to make informed decisions when buying a home

 

 

#3 Never Waive Conditions Unless You Are 100% in Full Agreement

Once you waive your conditions in writing, you become 100% legally bound by the terms of the contract.

For example: If it was a Home Inspection Contingency, it means that once you waive the contingency,

you are accepting the property 100% AS IS

A contingency holds a contract until both parties are in agreement to remove it.
